Integrative Massage

Each massage is uniquely tailored to your specific needs at each visit. Whether you would like the focus of your massage to be deeper work or relaxation, one modality or several may be incorporated to help relieve pain, tension, stiffness, and melt your stress away. Modalities utilized: Thai, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Acupressure. Cupping, Heated Therapy, Essential Oils, and/or CBD topical may also be incorporated at no extra cost.

I believe in being straight forward, so there will be no upcharges or add-on fees! All massages are one flat rate, ensuring that you will always get what works best for you each session :)

Thai Massage

Client fully clothed
Does not utilize oils or lotions
Emphasizes stretching, light to deep pressure, and yoga-like poses
Primary benefits include increased flexibility, aids in muscle recovery, reduced tension, and increased wellbeing

Swedish Massage

Client undressed to comfort level and covered by sheet. Only area being massaged is exposed.
Utilizes oils or lotions
Pressure varies from light to medium
Primary benefits include relaxation, relief of minor aches and pains, and improved circulation

Deep Tissue Massage

Client undressed to comfort level and covered by sheet. Only area being massaged is exposed.
Utilizes oils or lotions
Focused firm pressure and deep muscle work
Primary benefits include reduced muscle tension, relief from chronic pain, and improved healing

Sports Massage

Client undressed to comfort level and covered by sheet. Only area being massaged is exposed.
Utilizes oils or lotions
Assists with athletic performance and endurance
Improves circulation and aids in the removal of lactic acid buildup
