Tailored massage utilizing various techniques to alleviate tension and improve overall wellness; this can include Thai, Swedish, and/or Deep Tissue massage techniques with client on the massage table.
Sports Massage
Deep Tissue massage focused on assisting athletes and active people improve their performance and endurance by improving muscle recovery, circulation, and range of motion.
Table Thai or Floor Thai Massage
Thai Massage focused on overall wellness while also providing grounding and balance; focus can be therapeutic or relaxation. Pressure can be deep and various stretching techniques are incorporated. Floor Thai Massage is performed on a mat on the floor, client stays clothed, and minimal to no topicals are used; pillows and a blanket are provided for the client's ideal comfort level.
Relaxation Massage
A personalized blend of techniques to promote calming and peace within your mind and body; focused on meeting your unique needs for stress relief and relaxation; primarily slow, flowing Swedish techniques with client on the table.
All massages can be booked for 30/60/90/120 minutes sessions, regular pricing is $60/$90/$130/$175
**All massages may be accompanied with free Aromatherapy, Cupping, Heat Therapy, and CBD oil**
